Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and flexible.

1. Free Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.

2. Late Cancellation

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be charged 50% of the transfer cost.

3. No-Show Policy

You will be considered a no-show if:

• You do not arrive at the pickup location

• You cannot be contacted for more than 60 minutes after landing

• No refund is provided for no-shows

4. Changes Instead of Cancellation

If possible, we may reschedule your transfer at no extra cost (subject to availability).
